“Respire” was the featured image for the cover of Volume 28 of the Freshwater Review. With over 1,000 submissions annually “The Freshwater Review” has been a long-running student-lead publication featuring over 60 pages of literary and visual art submitted by artists and writers nationwide.
“Respire” is about air, atmosphere, vitality, and the space between and is a metaphor for the written and spoken word.
